My friend received a ticket , $97 for non-compliance, not paying to park in City Centre Parking Garage. ( NOT affiliated with the City of Kissimmee. We called the number on the ticket and spoke with Sunny. She said there are 15 large red signs with QR codes that say paying to park is required. She even emailed us photos of the signs on the walls in the garage. We told her they aren’t there. She was open to receiving proof of what we were saying. We went back to the garage, took a lot of photos and 1 video and emailed them to her. You could still see the chunks of dried cement glue where the signs HAD been. They dismissed the ticket. Yes, it was a hassle to take all the photos, but it was worth it. Thank you Sunny . I do hope your company stops giving out parking tickets until the signs are put back in place.
